Spice Kitchen Incubator - Helping Small Food Businesses Grow (From CNN Money)

Spice Kitchen Incubator is a business that helps low income immigrants and refugees start their own food businesses. They provide free training on subjects such as budgeting, determining menu prices, and much more. In addition, they also pay for the participants to enter food booth festivals and find jobs for them as caterers. Lucy Philip is a Burmese refugee working with Spice to one day open her own restaurant. Another Congolese refugee is working with Spice to sell her smoked chicken and hot sauce in grocery stores. Read more here!
