Entrepreneurship in a Refugee Camp (From The Global Entrepreneur)

This article discusses the blooming sense of entrepreneurship in the refugee camp Zaatari, located in Jordan. There are 3,500 stores and businesses in the refugee camp that includes a wide range of services such as jewelry, grocery stores, and pizza delivery. Some businesses have become so successful that they have started to attract customers outside of the camps as well. Although the life of refugee in the camp still remains dismal in many aspects, entrepreneurship offers a beacon of hope to many.
