A refugee aid group in City Heights, California developed an aqua farm, called New Roots Aqua Farm, aimed at helping the large refugee community in the surrounding area. The farm not only focuses on providing healthy, locally grown food to the area, but also serves as a training ground for those who might want to start their own aqua farms in the future.
